本会决定自一九五一年起接办中国科学社出版的‘科学’和中华自然科学社出版的‘科学世界’,经过协议一致同意把‘科学’和‘科学世界’两刊合并,定出‘自然科学’,成为本会会刊。‘科学’已出版三十二卷,‘科学世界’已出版十九卷,这两种刊物经过长期门争,对於中国科学的发展,有过一定的贡献。现在,两社把自己的刊物交付本会出版,充分显示着全国科学团结一致的精神。‘自然科学’的主要任务如下:首先,我们要为建立共同观点,辨认共同方向而努力。科学工作者长期处在帝国主义与对
This Council decides to hold the ’Science’ published by China Science Press since 1951 and the ’Science World’ published by China Science Press, and unanimously agreed to merge the two editions of ’Science’ and ’Science World’ Out of ’natural science’, become the club journal. There have been thirty-two volumes published in Science and nineteen volumes published in Science World. These two journals have long been vying with each other for a definite contribution to the development of science in China. At present, the two associations have delivered their publications to this Council and fully demonstrated the spirit of national unity of science.
