与世界接轨在世界军兵种之林中,海军陆战队是一个非常特殊、声名显赫的兵种。它是由诸兵种合成、能实施快速登陆和担负海岸、海岛防御或支授任务的两栖作战部队。世界上第一支海军陆战队是由西班牙国王查理一世在1587年建立的。后来,美国、苏联、英国、法国等先后拥有了自己的海军陆战队。 20世纪80年代第一个春天,一支浓缩了共和国武装力量之精华、被誉为“陆地猛虎、海上蛟龙、空中雄鹰”的三栖特种作战部队——中国海军陆战队应运而生。
