使用的泵是 Nipro SP-3I(9×6.5×2.3cm,重150g Nipro KK 大阪)。注入部位为脐下左、右侧下腹部,针略成直角刺入(针长约10mm),继之横刺入皮下,用胶布固定。整天携泵,睡眠时不必拔针。入浴时或必要时,将泵的开关关闭,拔出针头。尔后再自行插入针头,启动泵。每90分钟注入 hMG9.375IU,每天150IU。治疗对象是Ⅰ度闭经(AmI)、多囊卵巢综合征(PCO)、Ⅱ度闭经(AmⅡ)等。投与方法1.hMa(Pergonal,日研 hMG)单独投与:自撤退出血后,将 Pergonal(以下略称 hMG 法)
