最近,“中国制造2025”和“工业4.0”的概念被广泛提及,而“智能研发”和“智能工厂”是实现工业4.0的两个重要支柱。目前智能工厂的概念不时见诸报端,但“智能研发”的话题却鲜为提及。然而,智能研发可以帮助企业更准确、更灵活地了解消费者,进行产品研发与改进,更快速地满足消费者定制化需求。另一方面,模块化的智能设计,大数据分析和分享,提高生产的灵活性,是实现工业4.0的必要前提。
Recently, the concepts of “Made in China 2025” and “Industrial 4.0” have been widely mentioned, and “R & D” and “Smart Factory” are two important pillars to realize Industry 4.0. The current concept of smart factories from time to time to see the newspapers, but “smart research ” topic is rarely mentioned. However, intelligent research and development can help enterprises to understand consumers more accurately and flexibly, carry out product development and improvement, and meet the needs of consumers customized more quickly. On the other hand, modular, intelligent design, big data analytics and sharing, and increased production flexibility are essential prerequisites for implementing Industry 4.0.
