柴意新(1906—1943),字泽高,号若愚,四川南充县建兴镇人。他早年在合川中学求学,受革命思想影响,立志为救国救民做一番事业。1925年中学毕业后,南下广东考入黄埔军校第三期学习,不久参加中国共产党。1926年1月毕业后,被分配到国军第五十一师,历任连、营长。后进入陆军大学特别班第五期深造,毕业后任第七十四军副参谋长。1937
Chai Italian new (1906-1943), the word Ze high, Ruoyu number, Nanchong County, Sichuan Jianxing people. He early years in Hechuan secondary school, affected by revolutionary ideas, determined to do something for the country to save the people. After graduating from high school in 1925, he went to Guangdong to study in the third phase of the Whampoa Military Academy, and soon joined the Chinese Communist Party. After graduating in January 1926, he was assigned to the 51st Division of the Chinese Army and served as company manager and battalion commander. After entering the fifth specialization of the Army University, he became the deputy chief of staff of the seventy-fourth army after graduation. 1937
