为了解海军离退休干部疗养员的心理卫生水平和可能存在的心理问题 ,利用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )进行测量 ,结果与常模老年前期组比较。结果显示 ,疗养员 SCL-90总分为 1 1 6.53± 1 4 .59、总均分为 1 .3 6±0 .1 7、阳性项目数为 2 3 .86± 1 1 .57、阳性症状均分为 2 .3 8± 0 .2 3 ,部分项目恐怖、敌对、强迫、偏执显著高于老年前期组。提示离退休干部疗养员的心理卫生水平较常模低 ,存在以上 4个方面的心理问题
In order to understand mental health level and possible psychological problems of retired cadre recuperators in the navy, self-rating Symptomatic Symptom Scale (SCL-90) was used to measure the results. The results showed that the total score of SCL-90 was 1 16.53 ± 14.59, with a total score of 1.36 ± 0.17, the number of positive items was 23.86 ± 1.157, the positive symptoms All of which were divided into 2.38 ± 0.23. 3. Some items were horrible, hostile, forced, and paranoid were significantly higher than those in the pre-senile group. It suggests that the level of mental health of retired cadres is lower than that of regular mode, and there are psychological problems in the above four aspects
