一些创业投资者看好夫妻创业,是看到夫妻关系是最高级的合伙形式,凝聚力较高;夫妻共同负担债务,债权人的利益更容易得到保障。但夫妻作为企业的主要股东或管理者,其关系的演变,会影响到股权结构及重要决策,也是重大隐患。而且夫妻关系更多是感情关系,相对于其他关系而言,更难通过简单的商业安排来解决矛盾。
