为了解北京市预防医学专业成人专升本学历教育的需求情况 ,我们于1998年10月采取问卷方式对北京四所医学院校预防医学专业的部分大专毕业生和在校生进行了社会调查 ,回收有效问卷154份。结果显示 :绝大多数被调查者愿意参加专升本学历教育 ,但随年龄的增加期望程度下降 ,渴望程度亦随工作年限的增加而降低 ;在校生参加专升本学历教育渴望程度最高 ,其次为工作在预防医学岗位的人员 ;大多数人希望尽早接受专升本教育 ;遇到的最大困难为交通不便及可供选择的专升本专业过少等。故应考虑增加专业设置与办学点 ,部分课程采取学分制及远程教育等方式 ;尤其是有51 9 %的人参加专升本的学习是为了主动适应现有工作岗位的要求 ,更反映了社会发展的需求 ,须努力提高教学质量 ,全面推进素质教育
In order to understand the needs of adult education graduates of preventive medicine in Beijing, we conducted a social survey of some college graduates and students in preventive medicine in four medical schools in Beijing in October 1998 to collect valid questionnaires. 154 copies. The results showed that the vast majority of respondents were willing to participate in the promotion of undergraduate education, but the degree of desire decreased with age, and the degree of eagerness also decreased with the increase in the number of years of work; the degree of eagerness of students enrolled in college-level education was highest, followed by work in prevention. Personnel in medical positions; most people hope to receive the special education as soon as possible; the greatest difficulties encountered are the inconvenience of transportation and the lack of specialization for specialization. Therefore, consideration should be given to increasing professional settings and running schools. Some courses take credits and distance education. In particular, 51.9% of people participate in the promotion of undergraduates to actively adapt to the requirements of existing jobs and reflect the development of society. Demand, efforts must be made to improve the quality of teaching, and quality education must be fully promoted.
