驱虫净(四咪唑,tetramisol)是一种广谱驱虫药,对人体肠寄生线虫病有一定疗效。其副作用偶有头晕、头痛,失眠、恶心,腹痛等症状,但多轻微、短暂。近年来,由于大量地应用驱虫净,出现不少严重的不良反应,其中有药疹,上消化道出血,全身荨麻疹,嘴唇、阴茎水肿,诱发室性早搏和心房颤动,导致房性心律失常,神经精神症状有癫痫样抽搐,脑炎综合征,出现发呆,少语等精神呆滞症以及不同程度的意识障碍,大多表现意识模糊或嗜睡,少数患者迅速陷入昏迷或呈去皮层状态,同时出现颅神经麻痹,肢体瘫痪,小便失禁,以及颅内高压等症状,个别病例有共济失调,不自主运动等。另外还可引起眼部并发症,导致暂时性失明、弱视、视神经炎及视乳头水肿个别病例出现转氨酶升高,易误诊为甲型肝炎。
