将用于轧辊堆焊的药芯埋弧焊丝W220堆焊成含0.13%~0.17%C,13.1%~14.0%Cr,2.2%~2.8%Mn,4.3%~4.9%Ni(质量分数)的熔敷金属,对其进行焊接热模拟实验。通过硬度测试、微观分析等手段对W220埋弧焊丝熔敷金属在六种焊接热循环条件下得到的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,该焊丝熔敷金属的Ms点在70~85℃;W220焊接时的预热温度小件可选用100℃左右,大件不必超过280~300℃;层间温度应在90~140℃;回火温度应避开400~550℃。
The flux-cored submerged arc welding wire W220 used for roll surfacing was deposited into a melt containing 0.13% -0.17% C, 13.1% -14.0% Cr, 2.2% -2.8% Mn and 4.3% -4.9% Ni (mass fraction) Metallization, the thermal simulation of its welding experiments. The microstructure and properties of W220 submerged arc welding wire deposited metal under six welding thermal cycling conditions were studied by means of hardness test and microscopic analysis. The results show that the welding point of the deposited metal Ms is 70 ~ 85 ℃; W220 welding temperature of the small pieces of optional 100 ℃, large pieces do not have to exceed 280 ~ 300 ℃; interlayer temperature should be 90 ~ 140 ℃ ; Tempering temperature should be avoided 400 ~ 550 ℃.
