随着我国教育体系的逐渐完善和新课改的进一步落实,初中英语教学也呈现出了与时俱进的新变化,分层教学法就是一例体现。相比传统“一刀切”教学模式,分层教学法更加强调学生的主体性地位,重视个性化教学。此外,采用这一方法要求教师能够对各种现代新型资源充分使用,同时对学生也应有更加全面和深入的了解。分层教学法在很大程度上弥补了传统应试教育忽略学生的特点和差异这一弊病,对于提升初中英语教学质量有很大帮助。
With the gradual improvement of China’s education system and the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, junior high school English teaching has also shown a new change with the times, layered teaching method is an example. Compared with the traditional “one size fits all” teaching mode, the layered teaching method emphasizes students’ subjectivity more and emphasizes individualized teaching. In addition, adopting this method requires teachers to make full use of all kinds of modern new resources while also having a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of students. Layered teaching method to a large extent make up for the shortcomings of the traditional examination-oriented education neglecting the characteristics and differences of students, which is very helpful to improve the quality of junior high school English teaching.
