软件是信息技术的核心 ,我们要迅速赶上国际先进水平 ,努力推动软件产品走向国际市场 ,不断提升产业的整体素质 ,了解国际上先进国家软件产业的发展过程 ,取长补短 ,是非常必要的。在近 2 0年来中国软件产业持续高速增长的状态下 ,我们不仅没有缩小与美国这个信息产业大国的距离 ,同时也落后于一些新兴起的软件强国——如印度和爱尔兰 ,在一些关键领域中与对手的差距却在不断增大。印度、爱尔兰、芬兰、以色列、韩国等发展中国家软件产业发展的历程、相关政策和特点都值得我们借鉴和学习
Software is the core of information technology. We must quickly catch up with the international advanced level, strive to promote software products to the international market, and continuously improve the overall quality of the industry. It is necessary to understand the development process of the software industry in advanced countries in the world and learn from each other’s strengths.
