目的研究红甜菜提取物对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖和对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用。方法采用细胞计数法观察红甜菜提取物对HeLa细胞的抑制作用,在人宫颈癌荷瘤鼠模型上观察红甜菜提取物对肿瘤生长的抑制作用,并用病理切片观察瘤体细胞变化。结果甜菜提取物对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞具有抑制作用,并具有剂量-时间依赖关系。荷瘤鼠动物实验表明,红甜菜提取物对裸鼠肿瘤生长也具有抑制作用,剂量为20mg/d时抑瘤率为40%;摄入红甜菜提取物组的裸鼠瘤体细胞出现坏死。结论红甜菜提取物对HeLa细胞的生长和对荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤生长具有抑制作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of red beet extract on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cell proliferation and tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice. Methods The inhibitory effect of red beet extract on HeLa cells was observed by cell counting method. The inhibitory effect of red beet extract on tumor growth was observed in human cervical cancer bearing mice model. The changes of tumor cells were observed by pathological sections. Results The beet extract had inhibitory effect on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. Animal experiments of tumor-bearing mice showed that the red beet extract also inhibited tumor growth in nude mice, and the tumor inhibition rate was 40% at the dosage of 20mg / d. Neoplasm cells in the red beet extract group were necrotic. Conclusion Red beet extract can inhibit HeLa cell growth and tumor growth in nude mice.
