目的:分析曼月乐环对子宫内膜增生过长的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院2014年6月至2015年5月收治的患者中,选取子宫内膜增生过长患者110例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各55例,对对照组患者采用孕激素治疗法,对观察组采用曼月乐环治疗法,比较两组患者的满意度及其临床治疗效果。结果:相较于对照组患者的总有效率(69.1%)而言,观察组的患者总有效率(96.4%)明显比对照组高,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度也明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:使用曼月乐环对子宫内膜增生过长的患者进行治疗后临床效果显示较好,使用该治疗方法可以有效抑制病变,预后较好,值得临床推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Mirena ring on endometrial hyperplasia. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with endometrial hyperplasia were selected from June 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in control group Using progestin therapy, the observation group was treated with Mirena ring therapy, the satisfaction of two groups of patients and the clinical treatment effect was compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate (96.4%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.1%), the difference was significant (P <0.05) Nursing satisfaction was also significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of using Mirena ring on patients with endometrial hyperplasia is better. The treatment can effectively inhibit the disease and the prognosis is good, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
