作为印度核政策的奠基人,尼赫鲁的核思想在印度核发展史上具有基础性的地位,并对印度以后历任总理的核政策产生了深远的影响。可以说,尼赫鲁以后的历任总理的核政策均未超出尼赫鲁核政策的范畴。通过对其核政策的分析,可以发现具有鲜明的两面性,本文试图分析其思想产生的原因,以期抛砖引玉。
As the founder of India’s nuclear policy, Nehru’s nuclear ideology has a fundamental position in the history of nuclear development in India and has had a profound impact on the nuclear policies of the successive prime ministers of India. It can be said that the nuclear policies of the successive prime ministers since Nehru have not exceeded the scope of the Nehru nuclear policy. Through the analysis of its nuclear policy, it can be found that it has a distinct duality. This article attempts to analyze the causes of its thinking, with a view to initiating.
