在日本核电站事故发生之前,“辐射”这个词就已经成为与健康相关的热门词汇。电脑屏幕前有防辐射屏,孕妇们会穿上防辐射服,连防晒霜都是号称抗辐射的,还有些人因为对辐射心存疑虑省略了体检时的X光检查项目。那么,这些辐射和核辐射究竟是不是一回事,最近出现的两个名词“电磁辐射和电离辐射”又有什么区别?它们是如何产生,又是如何影响我们的身体健康?我们该有什么样的应对措施呢?
