当前职业教育的发展可谓日新月异,各种观念和思潮冲击着我们的思想,各个职业学校也在不断提高自身的教育水平,希望能为国家培养出合格的技术人才。但是社会上有一些观点认为中职学生本身就是被淘汰下来的学生,没有什么实际前途,这种思潮在学校里也时有出现。那么这种思想到底是对是错呢?本文就笔者的亲身经历,见证了当代中职学生闪光的人格品质,提出了发现这种品质的方法——快乐教学。
The current development of vocational education can be described with each passing day, with various ideas and thoughts impacting our thinking. All vocational schools are also continuously improving their own educational level, hoping to train qualified technical personnel for the country. However, there are some viewpoints in society that vocational students themselves are students who have been eliminated. There is no real future for such students. This trend of thinking has also appeared in schools. So in the end this idea is right or wrong? This article on the author’s personal experience, witness the flash personality personality of contemporary vocational students, put forward the method to find this quality - happy teaching.
