俗话说:一个篱笆三个桩,一个好汉三个帮。一位成功的班主任绝不仅仅是善于事必躬亲,勇于孤军奋战的勇者,而更应该是敢于协调家庭和社会各方面支持,形成对学生教育的合力,以实现自己的教育理想的智者。新形势下,班主任的纽带作用已经作为评价班主任基本能力的一项重要指标,“班主任是沟通学校与家庭、社会教育之间联系的桥梁”。班主任加强与家长的和谐沟通是班主任本职工作的要求,也是时代的要求。
