经过60多年研究和发展,电渣冶金技术已进入成熟阶段,并且在工业上得到广泛应用,但仍然存在一些技术难题急需解决。对比传统试验方法,数值模拟技术具有操作简便、节约成本等优点,在电渣冶金技术中应用越来越广泛。从电渣钢锭、电渣空心锭、电渣板坯、电渣表面复合和电渣熔铸异形件五个方面综合分析了国内外电渣冶金数值模拟技术的发展现状,并进行了简要评述。
After more than 60 years of research and development, electroslag metallurgy technology has entered a mature stage, and has been widely used in industry, but there are still some technical problems to be solved urgently. Compared with the traditional test methods, the numerical simulation technique has the advantages of simple operation, cost saving and so on, and is widely used in the electroslag metallurgy technology. The current situation of electroslag metallurgy numerical simulation technology is comprehensively analyzed from five aspects of electroslag ingot ingot, electroslag hollow ingot, electroslag slab, electroslag surface composite and electroslag casting, and briefly reviewed.
