目的:研究小鼠睾丸间质细胞和睾丸内细胞外基质在实验性睾丸炎期间的变化。方法:应用组织化学和免疫组织化学的方法分别显示正常小鼠和模型小鼠术后各周睾丸中脂滴、一系列酶及胞外基质的分布和变化。结果:间质细胞胞质内脂滴在实验组术后2、3周明显增加,术后6周有所恢复;非特异性酯酶、3β羟甾脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶活性在术后1、2、3周减弱,术后5、6周有所恢复;纤维粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原在术后1、2、3周表达量减少,术后6周略有回升。结论:发生睾丸炎期间,睾丸间质细胞功能下降,睾丸内细胞外基质受损,这可能是导致生育力下降的原因之一
Objective: To study the changes of mouse testicular stromal cells and extracellular matrix in testes during experimental orchitis. Methods: The histochemical and immunohistochemical methods were used to show the distribution and changes of lipid droplets, a series of enzymes and extracellular matrix in testis of normal mice and model mice respectively. Results: The interstitial lipid droplets in interstitial cells increased significantly at 2 and 3 weeks postoperatively in experimental group and recovered at 6 weeks postoperatively. The activity of nonspecific esterase, 3βhydroxidase dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase increased 1, 2, and 3 weeks after operation, and recovered at 5 and 6 weeks after operation. The expression of fibronectin, laminin and type Ⅳ collagen decreased at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after operation, but slightly after 6 weeks Pick up. CONCLUSIONS: During the period of orchitis, the function of testicular stromal cells is decreased and the extracellular matrix of testis is impaired, which may be one of the reasons leading to the decline of fertility
