12月14日至18日,应俄罗斯联邦莫斯科市档案总局和圣彼得堡市档案委员会的邀请,省委副秘书长、省档案局馆长杜文彬率代表团一行4人,赴俄罗斯访问并开展档案征集工作。在俄期间,代表团先后访问了莫斯科市档案总局、莫斯科市档案馆、圣彼得堡市档案委员会、圣彼得堡市档案馆等四个档案部门,与有关人员进行了座谈交流,参观了档案库房、查档阅览室、档案修复室等,查阅复制了有关中国及山东历史档案资料;赴苏联国立列
