目的识别、评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,为卫生行政部门审批该项目提供技术依据。方法选择与该项目类似的工程进行类比调查,综合采用检查表法、类比法和定量分级法进行分析评价。结果本项目可行性研究报告中的选址和总体布局、职业病危害防护措施、卫生辅助用室及个人防护用品、职业卫生管理、应急救援措施等符合卫生学要求。本项目生产过程中可能产生的各种毒物浓度和工频超高压电场强度能够符合国家卫生标准要求;煤尘合格率为72.7%,噪声合格率为57.7%。结论经综合分析,该项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To identify and evaluate the potential hazards of occupational diseases in construction projects and provide the technical basis for the approval of the project by the health administrative departments. Methods The project similar to the project was selected for analogy investigation, and the method of checklist, analogy and quantitative classification were used in the analysis and evaluation. Results The site selection and overall layout, occupational hazards prevention measures, health aids rooms and personal protective equipment, occupational health management and emergency rescue measures in the feasibility study report of this project met the hygiene requirements. Various poison concentrations and power frequency UHV electric fields that may be produced in the production process of this project can meet the requirements of national sanitary standards; the pass rate of coal dust is 72.7% and the pass rate of noise is 57.7%. Conclusion According to the comprehensive analysis, the occupational hazards in the production process of the project can be prevented and controlled.
