关于专科手术队在战时的使用问题,目前意见很不一致。最近,一些同志囿于对越作战的经验,强调专科手术队应主要加强到战役后方区的一线医院,有的甚至提出要加强到配属给军一级的野战医院或野战医疗所。我认为,将专科手术队加强到一线医院,在特定条件下,譬如战役后方区比较稳定,一、二线医院距离较远,且上级或地方加强的专科手术力量比较充足时,是可以的。但作为一般的使用原则加以提倡是不妥的,特别是在未来反侵略战争中是不适用的。其理由如下:
As for the use of specialist surgical teams in wartime, the views are very inconsistent. Recently, some comrades have relied on their experience in fighting Vietnam. They emphasized that specialist surgical teams should be mainly strengthened to first-line hospitals in the rear area of the campaign. Some even proposed that they should be strengthened to field-level field hospitals or field medical centers affiliated to the military. In my opinion, it is possible to strengthen specialist surgical teams in first-line hospitals under certain conditions, for example, the relatively stable rear area of battle, the distance between first-tier hospitals and second-tier hospitals, and the superior surgical powers strengthened by superior authorities or local authorities. However, it is inappropriate to promote it as a general principle of use, especially in the future war against aggression. The reasons are as follows:
