在床上辗转反侧,却总是难以入睡?好不容易睡着了半夜总是频频醒来?怀孕之后,随着激素水平的变化,以及肚子越来越大,使得准妈妈多年来养成的睡眠姿势和习惯变得不再舒适。有好的睡眠才有健康。在怀孕初期,本来就容易有疲倦的问题,比孕前需要更多的睡眠与休息,许多医生会建议准妈妈每天晚上10点之前就寝,睡足8至9个小时。但是,许多准妈妈却仍然苦于无法安然入眠。其实,造成失眠的原因可能有很多,包括心理上对于怀孕的焦虑以及生理上的尿频、抽筋等,都是失眠可能的原因。
