全球金融危机的蔓延,促使我国不得不考虑从内需角度探索实现经济持续发展的途径。本文认为,解决内需不足问题关键在于解决农村消费以及农民收入。从农村生产以及农村消费角度,探讨了我国扩大内需政策的着力点和发力点在于农村市场,并提出了引导县域企业主体通过“产业结构升级”与“产业结构降级”并举,实现城乡市场的对接,最终全面启动内需市场。
The spread of the global financial crisis has forced our country to consider exploring the ways to achieve sustained economic growth from the perspective of domestic demand. This paper argues that the key to solving the problem of insufficient domestic demand lies in resolving rural consumption and peasants’ income. From the perspective of rural production and rural consumption, this paper discusses the focal point and the emphases of our country’s policy of expanding domestic demand in the rural market, and puts forward the idea of guiding the main body of the county through the simultaneous promotion of “industrial structure upgrade” and “industrial structure degradation” Realize the docking of urban and rural markets, and ultimately fully activate the domestic market.
