传统翻译理论认为,译者必须“隐身”于翻译作品当中,翻译中任何带有译者个人色彩的痕迹都是不可接受的。事实上,译者是翻译过程中一个重要的因素,是源语与译语、源语文化与译语文化的中介,其主体性和主观能动性会在翻译过程中显露无疑。傅雷作为中国著名的翻译家,其显著的个人特征“现身”于翻译作品之中,译者主体性得以彰显。本文从傅雷翻译观及其译作论述译者主体性。
The traditional translation theory holds that the translator must be “stealthily” in the translation works, and any trace in the translation that carries the individual color of the translator is unacceptable. In fact, the translator is an important factor in the process of translating. It is an intermediary between source language and target language, source language culture and target language culture. Its subjectivity and subjective initiative will undoubtedly appear in the process of translation. Fu Lei, as a well-known Chinese translator, has its remarkable personal characteristics “appearance ” in the translation works, the translator’s subjectivity can be demonstrated. This article discusses Translator’s subjectivity from Fu Lei’s translation perspective and his translation.
