目的分析医院医务人员职业危害因素,制定有效的防护措施。方法对医务人员工作过程中可能遇到的危害因素提出相应的职业防护对策。结果通过职业安全防护知识教育,加强锐器损伤防护和处理,减少了工作中伤害。结论根据医院医务人员职业危害因素提出防护措施,加强职业安全教育,可更有效地降低职业危害。
Objective To analyze occupational hazards of hospital medical personnel and formulate effective protective measures. Methods Corresponding occupational protection measures are put forward for the possible hazardous factors encountered by the medical staff during their work. Results Through the education of occupational safety protection knowledge, strengthening the protection and handling of sharps injuries, reducing the injury at work. Conclusion According to occupational hazards of hospital medical staff, protective measures are put forward to enhance occupational safety education, which can reduce occupational hazards more effectively.
