以某矿用汽车换挡离合器为例,分析了湿式摩擦离合器的结构和工作原理,通过研究换挡离合器充油结合过程,建立了充油结合过程的数学模型和动力学模型。为减小离合器换挡中换挡冲击的问题,分析和研究了换挡电液控制油路和采用液压缓冲控制阀的作用及其工作原理,为矿山汽车的平稳换挡、提高换挡品质提供了理论依据,并为其它同类矿用汽车换挡离合器及换挡控制油路的设计和应用提供了借鉴。
Taking a shift clutch for a mining vehicle as an example, the structure and working principle of the wet friction clutch are analyzed. The mathematical model and dynamic model of the oil-filled combined process are established by studying the process of oil-filled coupling of shift clutch. In order to reduce the shift shock in clutch shifting, the function and working principle of shifting electro-hydraulic control oil passage and adopting hydraulic buffer control valve are analyzed and studied to provide a smooth shift and improve gear shift quality of mining vehicles The theoretical basis, and for other similar mining shift shifter clutch and shift control circuit design and application of reference.
