今年６月以来，国务院连续下发文件，对关闭整顿小煤矿搞好煤矿安全生产工作进行了安排部署，并在河南省召开全国关闭整顿小煤矿现场会。根据国务院的安排部署，全国关闭整顿小煤矿工作已进入攻坚阶段，能不能搞好关闭整顿小煤矿工作，关键在领导，关键在认识，本文从四个方面阐述关闭整顿小煤矿的重要性，我们都要提高认识，把思想统一到国务院文件的精神上来，切实抓好关闭整顿小煤矿工作，促进全国煤矿安全生产的健康发展。
Since June this year, the State Council issued documents in a row, arranged and deployed the work of shutting down and rectifying small coal mines to do a good job in coal mine safety work and held a site meeting in Henan Province to shut down and rectify small coal mines. According to the arrangements made by the State Council for deployment, the work of shutting down small coal mines in the whole country has entered a crucial stage. Whether we can do a good job in closing down and rectifying small coal mines is the key to leadership. The key lies in understanding this paper. From four aspects, the paper expounds the importance of closing down and rectifying small mines. We must raise our awareness and unify our thinking with the spirit of the document of the State Council and earnestly do a good job in closing down the work of small coal mines and promoting the sound development of national coal mine safety production.
