高校学生的德育需要良好的德育环境,高校总务工作作为学生德育环境重要因子之一,对学生的德育有着重要影响。尽管要逐步使高校总务工作“社会化”,但其第一目的不是盈利而是服务,所以在质上它将永远是高校不可缺少的一部分。总务工作通过直接和间接两种途径对学生德育产生影响。影响效果大体可分为人生观、理想、职业道德三个方面。总务工作者的“德育形象”对学生具有榜样作用,因此高校总务工作者的精神文明建设必须抓紧,使其与学生的德育环境相一致。这样才能使高校总务工作与学生德育相辅相成,互相促进。
Moral education of college students needs a good moral environment. As one of the important factors of moral education environment, college general affairs work has an important influence on students’ moral education. Although it is necessary to gradually “socialize” general affairs in colleges and universities, its primary purpose is not profit but service, so in essence it will always be an indispensable part of colleges and universities. General work has direct and indirect ways to influence students’ moral education. The effect can be roughly divided into three aspects: outlook on life, ideal and professional ethics. General workers’ “image of moral education” has an exemplary role for students. Therefore, the construction of spiritual civilization among general public service personnel in universities must step up and be consistent with the moral education environment of students. Only in this way can the general affairs work in colleges and universities complement the moral education of students and promote each other.
