司法实践中,农村诈骗犯罪案件逐年增多,诈骗形式不断推陈出新。本文简要介绍了几种常见的诈骗行为,并分析农村诈骗犯罪的主要特点以及防范措施,以帮助人民群众提高防骗意识,有效打击农村诈骗犯罪。
In judicial practice, the cases of rural criminal fraud have been increasing year by year, and the form of fraud has been constantly updated. This article briefly introduces several common frauds and analyzes the main features and preventive measures of rural fraud crime so as to help the people to raise awareness of anti-fraud and effectively crack down on crimes of rural fraud.
