随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,房地产业逐渐成为了国民经济的支柱产业,对于国民经济的发展有着十分重要的意义。作为人们生活的必需品,房地产价格一直受到了我国居民的高度关注,其波动对于我国居民消费会产生巨大的影响。目前,我国房地产现状大致为价格波动大、与居民收入具有较大差距以及投机市场过热。这些问题对我国宏观经济产生的很大的影响。因此,我们必须对房地产价格波动对宏观经济的影响展开深入的研究,并提出有效的建议,以保证我国经济的健康发展。
With the rapid development of our country’s social economy, the real estate industry has gradually become the pillar industry of the national economy, which is of great significance to the development of the national economy. As a necessities of people’s life, real estate prices have always been highly concerned by our residents, whose fluctuations have a huge impact on the consumption of our residents. At present, China’s real estate status quo roughly price fluctuations, and residents have a greater income gap and speculation in the market overheating. These problems have a great impact on our macro-economy. Therefore, we must conduct an in-depth study of the macroeconomic impact of real estate price fluctuations and put forward effective suggestions to ensure the healthy development of our economy.
