作为一名体育教师,笔者已经在体育教学战线上奋斗了23年,已经带了七届体育考生。从2011年学校被国家定为“多样化、特色化”示范校后,学校每年的体育考生逐步增加,从原来的每届20多人增加到现在的80多人。随着人数的增加,教师的工作量也增大了许多,考生训练时的场地、器材、时间的短缺所产生的矛盾也日益明显。如何合理地安排好考生的训练时间、场地、器材,使训练的时效性更加合理,经多年的努力探索、研究,总结出一些经验。
As a physical education teacher, I have been struggling for 23 years in the physical education front and have taken 7 sports candidates. Since 2011, the school has been designated as a “diversified and distinctive” model school by the state. The annual number of PE candidates in the school has gradually increased from 20 to more than 80 at present. With the increase of the number of teachers, the workload of teachers has also increased a lot, and the conflicts arising from the shortage of venue, equipment and time during the training of candidates also become increasingly obvious. How to reasonably arrange candidates’ training time, venues and equipment to make the timeliness of training more reasonable and to explore, study and sum up some experiences after years of hard work.
