以萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)芽苗菜为材料,在白光下外源添加与血红素加氧酶–1(HO-1)相关的试剂为处理,以加水为对照,探究HO-1对花青苷合成的影响。结果表明,各个处理均不影响芽苗的鲜质量。与对照相比,添加HO-1诱导剂(Hemin)后下胚轴中花青苷含量显著升高,HO-1抑制剂(ZnPP)及血红素降解产物(BR、CO、Fe~(2+))处理下花青苷含量均有所下降,其中抑制剂ZnPP处理后下降最多;经诱导剂Hemin处理后HO-1及花青苷合成途径中的调控基因PAP1和关键结构基因PAL、CHS、CHI、F3H、DFR的表达量以及PAL酶活性与对照相比都有显著提高。由此表明,血红素加氧酶–1(HO-1)通过上调花青苷合成途径关键基因表达量促进花青苷积累。
