德育教育工作不是说教,不是空洞的口号和苍白的记录。当人们反思种种不良的社会现象,当人们在考虑他们的社会根源而重新审视学校德育教育的时候,我们清楚地认识到,学校德育教育的实效性已经成为了解决这一问题的关键所在。教师在学校的教育教学及管理中,只有把德育教育工作和学生的兴趣、实践体验、行为准则、新闻时事、国计民生等方面进行有机的结合,我们的德育工作才能真正扭转局面,走上一条扎实有效的康庄大道。
Moral education is not a preaching, not an empty slogan and a pale record.
