今年5月1日,我国政府信息公开条例实施刚满一年。根据《政府信息公开条例》“各级行政机关应当在每年3月31日前公布本行政机关的政府信息公开工作年度报告”。截至5月19日,全国31个省市区的政府信息公开工作年度报告通过各自政府门户网站对外发布,其中,浙江和广东两省仅有分部门年报,没有全省汇总年报。
May 1 this year, the implementation of our government information disclosure regulations just over a year. According to the “Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information”, “the administrative organs at all levels shall publish the annual report on the government information openness of the administrative organs by March 31 of each year.” As of May 19, the annual reports of government information open work in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country were released through their government portals. Among them, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces only had annual reports of their sub-sectors and no annual report of the whole province.
