华东地区高等院校自然科学学报编辑工作座谈会,一九八二年九月二日至八日在济南市举行。华东六省一市九十七所理、工、农、医、师高校学报编辑部(室)的代表出席了会议;全国其它各大区的十一所高校学报机构的代表应邀列席了会议;山东省有关部门的党政领导同志到会指导并讲了话。教育部科技局给会议来了贺电。这是一次盛会,近百家学报编辑部(室)的代表济济一堂,共同回顾了党的十一届三中全会以来学报工作的情况,广泛交流了办刊经验,并对高校学报的性质、任务、作用、办刊方向以及“学报学”等问题进行了探讨。会上还就建立“华东区高校学报审稿协作网”,制订《编辑道德规范》和稿酬标准等问题进行了协商,取得了一致的意见。会议还决定成立“华东地区高等院校自然科学学报编辑协会”,并民主选举了领导机构。我院学报编辑部被推选为常务理事单位。
The symposium on editing of natural science journals of universities in East China was held in Jinan from September 2nd to 8th, 1982. Representatives of the editorial department of the journals of universities, colleges, universities, colleges, doctors, and teachers from six provinces and one city in East China attended the conference; representatives from 11 university journal agencies from other regions across the country were invited to attend the conference. The party and government leaders of the relevant departments of Shandong Province gave guidance and made speeches. The Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Education sent a congratulatory message to the conference. This was a grand meeting. Representatives of nearly a hundred journals editors (offices) gathered together to review the work of the journals since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, extensively exchanged experience in running journals, and discussed the nature and tasks of college journals. The issues such as roles, roles, journal orientation, and “Journalism” were discussed. At the meeting, consultations were also held on the establishment of the “Collaborative Network for the Review of Journals of Universities in East China Area”, the formulation of “Editors’ Code of Ethics” and the standards for remuneration, and consensus opinions were obtained. The meeting also decided to set up the “Association of Editors of Natural Science Journals of Colleges and Universities in East China” and democratically elected leaders. The editorial department of the journal of our college was elected as the standing director unit.
