目的 探讨螺旋CTRT3D成像技术在诊断食管癌颈根部淋巴结转移的临床应用价值。方法 45例患者行强化螺旋CT扫描后将容积数据输入工作站 ,通过设定CT阈值和透明度百分率加伪彩 ,实时重建颈根部三维图像 ,并进行图像切割。结果 三种实时三维图像能较好地、多角度显示食管癌气管食管沟转移性淋巴结形态及周围相邻器官受压、浸润征象 ,不同的三维图像对不同征象的显示能力有明显差异。结论 综合运用RT3D多种成像方法 ,是CT横断图像的重要补充 ,可为临床快速准确地诊断食管癌颈根部淋巴结转移提供一种新的技术
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CTT3D imaging in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer. Methods Forty-five patients underwent a spiral CT scan. The volume data were input into the workstation. The CT images of the cervical root were reconstructed in real time by setting the threshold of CT and the percentage of transparency. Results The three kinds of real-time three-dimensional images can show the morphology of esophageal carcinoma esophageal groove metastatic lymph nodes and the adjacent organs’ pressure and infiltration signs better and more at different angles. Different three-dimensional images have obvious differences on the display ability of different signs. Conclusion The comprehensive application of multiple RT3D imaging methods is an important complement to CT transection images and can provide a new technique for rapid and accurate diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer
