近年来,山东省公安厅认真学习贯彻《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,积极改革创新,探索总结和完善四项制度,不断推进培养选拔年轻干部工作取得新突破,为公安事业蓬勃发展提供了坚实的组织保证。一、建立完善经常性培训制度,着力提高年轻干部的政治理论和法律业务素质。一是年轻干部培训。每年举办一期40岁左右青年干部培训班,由各地公安机关从优秀年轻干部中选拔推荐,报当地组织部审核备案后,由省公安厅研究批准参加,主要进行领导素质方面的专题培训。同时,实行了任职资格考试
