厂务公开是调动员工参政议政积极性,增强企业凝聚力,加强企业民主管理以及廉政建设的重要途径。时下,许多企业都在实行不同程度的厂务公开制度。然而,遗憾的是,有些企业和单位虽然在厂务公开上花了不少功夫,但却把厂务公开搞成了应景之作。表现就是,该公开的不公开,职工群众想了解、感兴趣、最关心的事情,对不起,不告诉你!名为厂务公开,实为避实就虚绕弯子,与职工捉迷藏。长此以往,职工便对厂务公开失去兴趣,厂务公开也失去了其应有的作用和意义。为此,笔者建议在厂务公开上应改改过去那种由领导“公开”工人“看榜”,公开什么与怎样公开都由企业领导说了算的做法,改为请职工“点菜”,领导“就餐”,即职工要求了解什么,企业就及时
