1985年底,陕西省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过了我们选育的甘兰型油菜雄性不育杂交种“杂37”并正式命名为“秦油二号”,在陕西省油菜产区推广。这是迄今国内外第一个正式注册的油菜雄性不育杂交种,它的问世,不仅是我国油菜育种上的一项新成就,而且对进一步推进我国油菜杂优利用研究,提高油菜生产水平,具有重要作用。1985年秋,陕西关中推广了16万亩,河南、江苏、山西、安徽、湖北、四川、浙江均己引进试种。
