激光准直系统的研制是为了提供大轴同轴度测量中需要的一条基准直线。系统中热稳频激光器的使用明显地抑制了激光光束的漂移;CCD探测器用于探测光斑的能量分布;而与计算机相连的图像处理卡的使用大大简化了数据处理的过程。其次还讨论了两种确定光斑中心位置的数据处理方法——对称法和曲线拟合法。提出了准直系统线性误差对同轴度测量结果不产生影响的新见解,因此准直系统的精度要求可以适当降低。实验证明该系统能满足测量要求。
The laser alignment system was developed to provide a reference line required for large-axis concentricity measurements. The use of a thermally stable laser in the system significantly suppresses the laser beam drift; the CCD detector is used to detect the energy distribution of the spot; and the use of an image processing card coupled with a computer greatly simplifies the data processing. Secondly, two kinds of data processing methods to determine the center of the spot are discussed - symmetry and curve fitting. The new opinion that the linear error of the collimation system has no effect on the coaxial measurement results is proposed. Therefore, the accuracy requirements of the collimation system can be appropriately reduced. Experiments show that the system can meet the measurement requirements.
