河北省承德县马鞍山水电站,改建于1988年4月,竣工于1989年7月,装机300kW。为了加快施工速度,降低工程造价,在施工中,对二条压力管道的进、出口(喇叭口状),及水轮机室蜗壳等部位,均采用了钢筋肋秫秸模板作法。实践表明,采用上述作法取得了以下几点效果:(1)施工技术简便,易于施工人员操作;(2)用钢筋肋秫秸模板代替木模板或钢模板,可节约木材约13m~3或钢材2.4t,节约资金11,000～16,00元,工期只需5天时间(用工26个)。
