辽宁省昌图县的“党群共同致富小组”是从十八家子乡最早兴起的。实行家庭联产承包制后,农村广泛发起党员联系户活动。随着改革的深入和商品经济的发展,乡党委顺应农民追求更高的经济活动的心理,搞起了以党员为核心,以共同致富为目标的“党群共同致富小组”。到今年5月,全县建立党群共同致富小组9437个,有12414名党员参加,占农民党员总
Changtu County, Liaoning Province, “the party group co-rich group ” is the earliest rise from the 18 hometown. After the implementation of the household contract system, a wide range of activities were initiated in rural areas. With the deepening of reform and the development of the commodity economy, the township party committees responded to the psychology of peasants in pursuing higher economic activities and launched the “party-group co-prosperity group” with party members as the core and common prosperity as the goal.
