为了有效确定水泥稳定碎石在工程中达到冲刷量设计标准的最佳材料组成,采用灰色系统理论方法,选取集料分形维数、水泥28d砂胶强度、水泥剂量、含水量为建模参数,建立了基于灰色系统理论的水泥稳定碎石28d冲刷量预测模型,并给出骨架密实和悬浮密实2种结构的水泥稳定碎石28d冲刷量预测模型简化式。适用性验证表明:2种结构的水泥稳定碎石冲刷量预测值和实测值的相对误差均较小,说明基于灰色理论的水泥稳定碎石预测模型可以较为准确地预测其28d冲刷量值。
In order to effectively determine the optimal material composition of cement stabilized macadam to reach the design standard of flushing volume, the fractal dimension of aggregate, the strength of 28d cement, the dosage of cement and the water content were selected as the modeling parameters by the gray system theory. Based on the gray system theory, the 28d scouring amount prediction model of cement stabilized macadam was established. The prediction formula of 28d scouring volume of cement stabilized macadam with two kinds of structures of dense skeleton and suspended density was given. The applicability verification shows that the relative errors between predicted and measured values of two types of cement stabilized macadam are small, which shows that the prediction model of cement stabilized macadam based on gray theory can predict the amount of 28d flush accurately.
