目的与意义 这里提出一个对转炉倾动机构的改进装置, 目的是使其能够较大地降低转炉倾动电动机的能耗,同时还适当地解决了在转炉设计中几个力矩的影响(老炉力矩、冻炉力矩、炉口粘钢力矩等)。这种装置不仅可以在新设计制造的转炉上采用,而且由于其本身的构造相当简单,也可用来改造传统的旧转炉。因而对转炉倾动机构的节能具有普遍意义。 从本文引证的转炉来看,一个设计年产量为150万吨钢的50吨顶吹氧气转炉车间(三吹二)采用该装置之后,粗略估计每年可节约
PURPOSE AND SIGNIFICANCE Here, an improved device for the converter tilting mechanism is proposed to enable it to significantly reduce the energy consumption of converter tilting motors while properly addressing the effects of several moments in converter design (kiln torque, freezing Furnace torque, furnace mouth stick steel moment, etc.).
