钨铁以火法冶金生产时,烟气中含有一些微粒的炉料及在冶炼过程中产生的易挥发元素与化合物之升华冷凝物。在这些冷凝了的升华物中,含有色金属,其中有毒性很大,且较为稀缺的贵重金属(砷、铋、铅等)。在炉气的固体组分中有各种元素存在,有的污染大气,有的是很贵重的元素,因此对其净化系统便提出特殊要求:应保证从气体中完全将固体小颗粒分离出来,并能进一步将其中的贵重元素予以回收。
