构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党加强执政能力建设的重要内容,是全面建设小康社会的重要战略目标。社会主义和谐社会是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。构建社会主义和谐社会离不开社会保障制度。社会保障是社会主义和谐社会的重要内容和核心指标。当前,我国的社会保障与社会主义和谐社会的内在要求还有一定的差距。构建社会主义和谐社会需要扩大社会保障范围,改变社会保障方式,加强社会保障法治建设。
Building a Harmonious Socialist Society is an Important Content of the CPC in Strengthening the Governance Capability and an Important Strategic Goal of Building an All-round Well-off Society. A socialist harmonious society is a society in which democracy and the rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vitality, stability and order, and man and nature live in harmony. Building a socialist harmonious society is inseparable from the social security system. Social Security is an Important Content and Core Indicator of a Socialist Harmonious Society. At present, there is still a certain gap between the inherent requirements of social security in our country and the socialist harmonious society. Building a socialist harmonious society needs to expand the scope of social security, change the mode of social security and strengthen the construction of the rule of law of social security.
