死亡因子Fas与其配体Fasl相结合可诱导细胞凋亡,这一过程作为组织更新手段伴随胎盘的发育,正常妊娠Fas/Fasl表达与胎盘生长、滋养细胞侵入均有关系,并在一定程度上达到平衡。Fas/Fasl表达异常可导致母胎间免疫平衡紊乱,在妊娠不同阶段引发不同的病理妊娠。
The combination of Fas and its ligand Fasl can induce apoptosis. This process is associated with the development of placenta as a means of tissue regeneration. The expression of Fas / Fasl in normal pregnancy is related to placenta growth and trophoblastic invasion and to a certain extent balance. Abnormal expression of Fas / Fasl can lead to imbalance of immune balance between maternal and fetal, trigger different pathological pregnancy in different stages of pregnancy.
