力矩限制器是汽车起重机的主要安全保护装置,尤其是大吨位的汽车起重机,为了保证作业时的安全,必须配备力矩限制器。哈尔滨自动化仪表研究所、北京起重机厂和哈尔滨工程机械厂共同研制了SLL-1型力矩限制器,先后在16吨轮胎起重机和QY16汽车起重机上进行试验,取得良好效果。SLL-1型力矩限制器具有以下特点: 1.在整个作业半径内实现无级报警,充分发挥了起重机的效能。2.采用非线性电位器式函数发生器,用非线性电位器直接模拟起重机的性能曲线,提高了传感器的精度和可靠性。
Torque limiter is the main safety protection device of the truck crane, especially the large-tonnage truck crane. In order to ensure the safety during operation, a torque limiter must be provided. Harbin Institute of Automation Instrumentation, Beijing Crane Factory and Harbin Engineering Machinery Factory jointly developed the SLL-1 type torque limiter, and conducted tests on 16-ton tire cranes and QY16 truck cranes, achieving good results. SLL-1 type torque limiter has the following characteristics: 1. It realizes stepless alarm within the whole operation radius and fully exerts the efficiency of the crane. 2. Non-linear potentiometer-type function generator is used to directly simulate the performance curve of the crane with a nonlinear potentiometer, which improves the accuracy and reliability of the sensor.
